‘Ambassadors Stand United’
Charity Fundraising Event - London

Year: 2025
Services: Event Materials & Branding

Project Snapshot:
Bright Cause Consultancy were planning and organising a fundraising event in London in aid of Kidscape Anti-Bullying charity and needed a full set of branded materials to pull everything together. The aim was to create an experience that felt engaging for guests,
on-topic, and professional. I came on board as a sponsor, providing all design support for
the event.

The Challenge:
When I was brought in, the event had no brand identity. What started as a small project quickly grew as the scope of the event expanded. Initially, I was tasked with designing the invitation, which required a colour palette, font, and a simple logo. But as more materials were needed, the brand identity had to grow and flex to cover everything—within just two months.

Open brochure with auction prizes and information about expedition leaders and charities, featuring a dark purple gradient background.
Purple flyer for an event against bullying, featuring mountain illustration, event date and time, sponsors, and logos, including Kidscape, many makers, and Split Ends.

The Fix:
I created a complete package of event collateral, including invitations, raffle tickets, gift certificates, website banner, auction poster, and a full auction brochure. Each piece was designed to feel consistent while serving its own purpose—clear, practical, and with a touch of glamour to reflect the evening’s atmosphere.

The Outcome:
The event branding gave everything a polished and professional finish, helping to boost engagement and create a memorable experience for guests. With Bright Cause Consultancy’s planning and my sponsored design support, the event had a strong, unified look that carried through from first invite to final auction bid. Off the back of this success, a new project has grown from the fundraiser—a documentary, with branding that will tie back to the identity created for the London event.
